Repair Information

Beepball equipment is assembled by volunteers who meet every Friday to work and ship orders. Because this is a 100% volunteer run enterprise, be advised that order business is conducted weekly on Fridays.  

Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.

The equipment prices cover the cost of the materials only.

 If you are purchasing Beep Baseballs for the first time, you will need to order a charger. If you find you are in need of charging several balls frequently (teams), consider a multi ball charger.

 Full payment must be received prior to shipping.

• For destinations in the lower 48 US states, shipping is via United States Postal Service (USPS) Free Matter for the Blind. This is a free benefit provided by the USPS to serve the blind. Items typically take two weeks to arrive. However, if you have not received your order within 2 weeks of receiving notification of shipping, please let us know.  A confirmation email from you when your items arrive is appreciated.
• For all other destinations (Alaska, Hawaii, International), shipping time and cost varies depending on the location.  You will receive an email with shipping costs and total amount due after your order is received and reviewed.

• For destinations in the lower 48 US states, shipping is free.
• For all other destinations (Alaska, Hawaii, International) and for special handling requests, there is a shipping charge. You will be notified of any shipping charges before payment is due.
