Feel free to schedule in any open time slot, usually a maximum 1 hour long. You may schedule back-to-back time slots for longer meetings. A “clock” on a date indicates existing appointments for that date. Mouse over the date to see which time slots are taken. To schedule, click on the desired date, fill in the form below the calendar, and click SEND to submit your request.
NOTE: All Times are Denver Time. Please Use Denver Time to Schedule.

Here are some short instructions for using the Legacy West Conference Bridge:
- Contact your Chapter president for the Conference ID and dial-in numbers.
- A host/moderator is not required. As soon as two people call in, you will be automatically joined into the call.
- There are several local numbers for each state as well as a toll-free number. Please try to use a local number if possible. Use of the toll-free number is an added expense for Pioneers.
- Dial in as close to your start time as possible. Other groups may have reserved time ahead of or after you.
- Your call will be recorded automatically. After your call is completed, a call report will be emailed to you. It will show info about the call including how to access the recording. When you are finished with the recording, please email ppace@legacywestpioneers.org with the time and date of the recording to be erased.
- NOTE: The recording is an assistive aid for the secretary, not official minutes. Board approved minutes are the official record of a meeting.
- You can mute/unmute yourself by pressing *6 on your keypad. This is a toggle on/off feature.
